What You’ll Do
- Be the go-to for customers: questions, follow-ups, and support
- Use a needs-based approach to guide customers to the right insurance/financial options
- Keep the day moving: leads, scheduling, and next steps
- Team up to solve issues fast and keep service on point
What We’re Looking For
- English/Spanish required (verbal + written)
- You communicate clearly and you genuinely listen
- Detail-focused, proactive problem-solver, and a true team player
- Currently licensed or willing to get licensed within 30 days
- Comfortable learning computer systems
